No. She doesn't look like white woman, she looks like herself, just with an instagram filter and make up, like any black celeb looks (most of the time).
Nothing wrong with that. White women used to put this white thing on their faces all the time, does that mean they wanted to look even whiter than they are ( well obviously, but it has nothing to do with race, it's just make up).
And a lot of white women use brown make up and fondation, doesn't mean they want to look brown/black as in race, but more like tan.
