They only way I'll entertain saying this is true is if the tour gets postponed/cancelled...which is highly unlikely. That train has left the station, she HAS to release ANTi before the tour. If the tour gets called off because the album still isn't finished...that would be epically embarrassing for Rihanna, no question.
