Justin Bieber's taken serious steps to distance himself from his bad boy past, but he's unfortunately in potential trouble with the law... again.
Back in October, Justin's team used sidewalk graffiti to reveal the track list for Purpose. Song names popped up in cities all over the world. The one problem? Some of the graffiti, like the tags in San Francisco and Brooklyn, aren't coming off. The graffiti was done with spray paint, which has staying power, rather than chalk, which washes away with the rain.
