I wouldn't mind living in certain (SAFE) parts but I'd avoid the Southide area LIKE THE PLAGUE. Even though they do get more snow, Midwest weather is generally inferior to where I'm at now.

It's beautiful; has a great balance of suburban and metropolitan. I'd love to visit again for a longer time than I did.
