Here's what I was thinking:
R7 is coming either tonight or tomorrow, with R8 following on NYE.
There'd be the shortest amount of time between the release of the last 2 rooms, which kinda explains the bolded part in the quotation.
That would obviously make sense, since everyone is going to be be on the edge for R8 and the anticipation will be out of the roof. Another 5 day long wait could make people lose interest, which would be disastrous in case the album is coming with the last room.
