It takes time babe, honestly that's the only thing that I can say. It hurts a lot, but it does get better. I suggest to honestly hang with as many friends as possible, meet new people, grieve, get a new hair cut, spoil yourself and just live each day as it comes. Accept that whoever you were with was a huge part of your life and take what you learnt from the relationship and use it for the next time (There WILL be another person there for you)

Time. Distance yourself from the person. If you follow them on social media, click that unfollow button girl. Don't attempt to contact them. Distract yourself and surround yourself with good people. Speak to someone close to you about it who you know you can trust and who gives good advice, that could help.

Think of all the things he did that hurt you, that you disliked. Sometimes, people seem like angels during the relationship but when you step back and look at the whole picture, you see things you didn't realise before. Just know, everything happens for a reason and after this heartbreak, you'll become stronger and wiser and you'll learn different things in your new relationship.

I usually stay in bed and as far away from people as I can until I feel well enough to face the world. As I click through Law & Order reruns on Netflix I remind myself that time heals all and everything happens for a reason.

Then when I'm feeling better I go hard af in the gym until I look better than when they had me.

There isn't anything wrong with that having hope for the relationship you had , what you felt was real and some people never get to feel that. Life has just turned out different than you thought, and it doesn't mean it's a bad thing, just means things are going to be a little different for a while. Eventually you will have moved on and youl'll be happy again, I can vouch for myself as I used to love someone so much, i never thought I would move on. I got through it with my friends and remaining strong/telling myself that it was meant to be, which then lead me to actually meeting someone EVEN BETTER! You can do this

There's a reason why it ended. Time will heal. I couldn't believe I got over my ex. Like now I have 0 feelings. Even if he gets into a relationship, I literally don't care or get hurt..
