Discussion: 2015 underrated on ATRL?

I feel like there were so many good (and acclaimed) releases this year!
EMOTION, The Original High, Revival, Purpose, Brandon Flowers, Jamie XX, Odesza, FROOT, Honeymoon, ANTi EP, American Beauty/Psycho, Drake, the good sis Fetty Bop, Galantis, Jack U

Do you guys think ATRL doesn't appreciate some of the bops from this year?
Is it because a lot of the main girls haven't released this year?
Is ATRL parched for pop girls and waiting for another 2011?

Mainstream pop, which is ATRL's favorite genre, was absolutely awful in 2015, so I guess it's fairly rated here.

They tend to stan for tumblresque, alternative rock artists like Lana, Halsey, and Marina... It's quite lame.

I think the year was bad for radio hits, but there were some really excellent albums released this year.

HOW though? The hits were on average better than the other years and the B-list stars (on ATRL) actually BROUGHT it (Justin Bieber's singles, Selena, Demi, etc)

Right, the pop radio #1s for 2015 were pretty good overall, and definitely better than 2014's.
