Sad really, his family (and America) are in my prayers.

They haven't been charged or convicted of murder so they're not legally murderers.

And why isn't anyone asking his mother why she let her 12 year old run around the city alone with a replica gun? She had no idea where he even was when it happened.

The police officer's first reaction was pulling up to the kid and shooting him, they didn't even try anything else. You know whats funny? In other situations, a crazy old white man is waving his gun at the police angrily but instead the police calmed down the situation and talked to the man to stop. The police officer's first reaction should not have been to shoot.
