This is rather common. Many times customer service doesn't check the contents on returns. So what happened was somebody bought a PS4 and "returned" it with a block of wood of similar weight. They now have a PS4 and several hundred dollars. However, they're now out a piece of wood

But Target was nice a bit though by giving them a PS4 replacement plus a gift card plus an additional game.
