Obviously, they prostitutes could work in classy, clean, safe brothels with hired security instead of working alleys and street corners where they are routinely raped and murdered. Its literally common sense because sex work is going NO WHERE. Its been here since biblical times. Hell Jesus Christ was serviced by a prostitute.

Jesus never had sex with a prostitute or came close to it

(Though I know one did do some kind of respect thing for him, don't remember what)
In all honesty, I've never understood the illegalization logic. It really is a victimless crime (I morally disagree with it, but, in this case... morality is different for different people. I can't impose mine on everyone, nor can they impose theirs on mine). I also agree that it would be a lot safer for these girls to work in actual establishments with actual security. Likewise, it would limit STD transport since these places would be legally obligated to actually make sure the workers aren't carrying anything (and, theoretically, they could require tests to prove the clients aren't carrying anything either) Likewise, I'd in general expect a fair amount of government oversight to make sure these places ARE acting legally. Plus, **** is legal and that is BARELY any different.
As said, I morally disagree with it, but I think having actual establishments would save lives, lead to less rapes, and lower the rates of STDs, if nothing else. And that's enough for me to at least kinda back a notion like this. It's not insanely high on my priority list or anything, but
