Totally, her releasing two more singles, being featured on the cover of countless magazines, revealing the cover/title, and creating a scavenger hunt wasn't at all a tease. Are you for real? What were her fans supposed to believe she was promoting? Her socks?
No pop star goes to these lengths if they're not dropping new material. There were no explicit promises, but it was sure as hell implied.
