I dont like any of the British, Scottish, Irish accents and this is coming from someone who has Scottish family with thick accents. I dont know why people find English accents so hot, not a fan of Australian either
I used to dislike it but grew to love it since my English teacher is from England and I became so used to hear it. The Northern accent though, I barely understand what they're saying.
I'm British and have lived here my whole life and I have never heard anyone ever say that
I kind of get ha, tbh. We do refer to lots of things as "cheeky".
No shade to any of the Birmingham based sistrens but I don't like the Brummie accent much. Geordie is also a neaux. I tend to like accents different from my own (esp. American and Aussie)
