I don't think I've ever had it, but sometimes I jolt when I sleep and I feel like I'm falling off the bed when I'm not. Its. so. weird.
omg i think i know what ur talking about, i just don't know the word for it, its like your sleeping and u moving your feet and it feels like a drop but ur literally on the bed

I haven't had sleep paralysis so far (thank god), but there was this period, like a year ago or so, when I had these AWFUL dreams of being stalked/haunted by some demon **** and I tried to run but I was barely moving. I remember waking up and literally jumping out of the bed all sweaty and ****.
I've had experienced something quite similar. All of a sudden I woke up in the middle of the night having no idea what's happening. Then, it stroke me that there's something (or should I say someone) standing behind my bed. So I quickly jumped out of my bed and fell asleep on the couch. The thing is: everything seemed so unrealistic and instant, it felt like all of that had happened in literally 5 seconds. But I suppose you can't move while having sleep paralysis?
