I find homosexual completely fine. I mean it's homo (same) sexual (private parts) and that's what gay and lesbian people do. I prefer to use "homosexuals" to refer to a mixed group of gay men and lesbian women. I don't like using "gay" for a lesbian because they're not gay. They're lesbian. We're gay. They're lesbian.
