No, but some ATRL users would probably say yes (i.e. look at the Reynolds thread, where users try to change the definition of rape).

To be fair, I don't think they deserve it, but i do believe some women wear ****ty outfits to entice men then they get upset when they get hit on..

nobody is asking to be raped
even if you try that argument, they aren't asking to be raped, maybe be flirted with or get 'attention' but that doesn't mean they want to be raped, it should still be in their control and their consent if they want to have relations with someone.
