If you mean it as "he is not the usual plastic hollywood actor that looks unrealistically good" then you are right.
Otherwise, he is far from ugly, he is handsome and cute and funny + I don't know how many famous people y'all have seen, but from my experience, a lot of celebs look so much hotter in real life, while some others look worse - ones who are supposed to be mega attractive on screen....
