Place your camera slightly above your face, not under it
Don't film in your bathroom, rather in your living/bedroom with natural light
Work on the audio editing

And sometimes 'bloopers' are funny but not every 10 seconds, be more selective in what you show and what you don't (this will also help the duration of the video cause it's too long)

It doesn't really matter as long as it's not disctracting and preferably light (not too many dark colors)

So not too much going on, you want the people to focus on you and not the background
