Then again, I've never eaten chicken/turkey in my entire life so I don't know what I'm missing
btw I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan
Well gravy infused or with meat tastes so much richer.. but I'm not trying to say that you should eat gravy from meat.. it's great that you're a vegetarian ... I could never, just the thought of missing out on chicken wings
I don't thinks theres anything sad about not eating typically what other people eat on a holiday. If someone was having pizza for thanksgiving instead of turkey, would you say that its sad?

Also on the table are all kinds of sweets, potato salads, coleslaws, roast veggies, casseroles, pies, soups, lasagnes, loafs and waaaaaay more - all vegan! Merry christmas kids!
I think I cut myself about five times on all the attempted "edge" in here.
OT: I had a plate of my grandma's pinto beans, some guac, salsa, celery, broccoli, and carrots and some fruit for dessert last night. There was a **** ton of other stuff I could have eaten (rice, tortillas, chips, cookies, etc.), but I personally just didn't want any more. 'Twas far healthier than the carcasses the others ate.
