That was not a Katy reject. It was supposed to be a sexual song by Lola Blanc for her debut album and then it was rewritten when Britney decided to do the Smurfs movie song. Tho it is telling that people consider a song that is in no way associated with Katy as a Katy reject just because it was for a kids movie for 10 and under.
I never thought I'd rather be Ciara than Rihanna, but seeing as their careers are in the same place at this point, at least Ciara has a sexy, rich ball player while Rih is smashing gutter trash that makes Meek Mill look slightly attractive.
