Former Sabah police anti-vice chief Deputy Supt Rohaizat Abd Ani has been jailed a total of 100 years and given 15 strokes of the rotan for raping and sodomising a 13-year-old girl.DPP Azeezi, in pressing for a deterrent sentence, said the victim was just 13 years old when she was raped and sodomised by a 52-year-old man.
“It was clearly a total manipulation of an adult on a child,” said the judge.
For the first two charges, Rohaizat is guilty of raping and sodomising the victim on Feb 1, 2012 between 4.30pm and 5.30pm in a hotel room.
He raped the girl again the next day between 12.30pm and 1.30pm in another room of the same hotel.
For the fourth and fifth charges, Rohaizat raped the girl again in the same hotel between May 1 and 6.
Disgusting. Hopefully the other prisoners make his life hell. Not even they tolerate people who abuse children.
