But in English u say 'I'm sorry' when someone else had a bad experience maybe that's what she meant by apologizing.

I still don't understand why people are thinking Colombia is catty, none of her posts or responses come off like that in anyway. The only person who did anything wrong after the incident was Germany and she has already apologized.

Seems like the right thing for them to do is comforting each other in private if they feel the need to, don't know why a statement needs to be made that she tried to apologize and that she might apologize at a later time.
