Because she wants the attention. I would expect her to quit smoking like a chimney if she truly cared about her health but she hasn't, so
Surely there must be an easier way for getting an attention than a hysterectomy
She's running out of options now that she's too old for the gimmicks she used to pull (making out with her brother, beastiality, drinking blood or whatever). That's why I'm expecting her to adopt another child or have a hysterectomy, she's getting desperate
