Do you have ptosis?
Are your eyelids asymmetrical?
I have an extra crease in my right eyelid and it's so annoying but not too noticeable. Apparently it gets worse as you age

Yeah but it's not too noticeable. I don't think many people's eyes are completely symmetrical

My eyelids look so different from each other, i can't figure out exactly what the difference is though

Aren't pretty much everyone's eyelids assymetrical though?
I think my left eye is a little smaller than the right one, but it's not as intense as the pics in the OP

My eyes are the same size (thankfully) but my right eyelid hangs lower.

Honestly I sometimes think I have one eye bigger than the other but everyone thinks I'm crazy.
