You are v v v right about conversations with dead people. I really love how the creators expertly put in the feeling of isolation. The entire 7th season was a masterpiece. Anya was also kind of everything on the show.

Willow talking to that dead teenage girl who turned out to be the First Evil was so ****ing creepy. One of the best moments in the show.
Oh, I just remembered that Season 3's Christmas episode called 'Amends' is the 4th best Buffy episode. It was the first time The First Evil appeared. I was so happy when I found out that The First Evil was a big bad of Season 7. Like how many shows can be so amazing in their 7th year???
