I know this is a blog and w/e so I expect it to be shut and maybe warned but here I go. Keep in mind: I'm 16 and not close to turning 17. I don't have a car.

I know you'll probably say ''don't ask on ATRL sis'' but I'm just in a bad place and I'd rather vent it to people who semi-know me or people I semi-know.
I made a blog a few years ago about an abusive mom. It got kinda better for a while but now it's just out of control again and I doubt it's ever gonna get better.

A few months ago on what I deem ''the worst night of my life'', my mom told me she never wanted to see me again and she was going to drop me off at a homeless shelter against my dad's consent. That's obviously not all but it was closed because it was like 1AM and when I got home I called a child abuse hotline. She caught me doing it and literally beat me nearly for ''turning her in''.

Yesterday, it was to me and my dad. She's very abusive to my dad too. Me and her got into an argument today and it shifted to her and dad because she got pissed at dad for not defending her because he knew she was wrong. She literally beat him and made him bleed and gave him a black eye. When this happened I told a few people my details and asked them to call 911 for me. The first one wasn't here and the other's just didn't do it. I was horrified. I'm pissed at my neighbors for not calling because I ****ing know they heard all of it.

One concern is that my mom is also injured. I don't want my dad to get in trouble because I love him and he's the victim. Her veins got injured and it's visible by looking at her. My dad was restraining her from beating him but he may have squeezed them or something. Either way, it was out of self defense. But my dad doesn't want 911. He doesn't see that she's abusive.

I'm also just scared of her. I'm scared of calling 911 and being caught or have the police come and decide it's not bad and so they just leave. I'm scared of her getting out early and finding me. I'm scared of a lot of things. I can't build up the courage to call even though I know I should. The only time I'm not scared and I feel the courage to do it is when the situation is very dire like it was yesterday. I have proof that she beat him and there was even blood that hit the floor but I'm just so ****ing scared. I don't know what could possibly happen.

I'm way too inside of my head. I can't just act without thinking of every possible thing that could happen. I need advice a lot.

You should try calling the child abuse hotline but in secret this time and consult what you have to do.

How old are you? You should let someone at school know., like a teacher or counselor. They will open an ACS case on your family and maybe that will shake your mom a bit and give your mom better tools to be a better mom

I'm homeschooled or else I probably would

I know I should call, though. I just can't get the courage to actually do it. I'm way too scared.
