They've completely destroyed mine! Like I cant sleep all night and then I try to not sleep in the day so I can regularize my sleep and fall to sleep at night but I end up going into a coma by like 3pm then wake up by like 10pm ugh I hate it
I've been doing this thing where I come home from work, eat, go to bed at 9, wake up at midnight, do work, go back to bed from 3 to 6. I look a mess though so I'm glad today's my last day

Just kidding (kinda), my exams officially start in January, so the mess is yet to come. I scheduled one exam early tho, so I had it last week and I completely forgot about it so I had to pull an all-nighter and I was a mess for the next 4 days
