And 4 was not re-released, the re-release was simply added to iTunes because at first it was a TARGET only exclusive. Learn your research. A re-release would've gotten SOME type of promotion or even added songs. The deluxe being added to iTunes randomly with the track listing being switched is HARDLY a re-release and your ass knows it.

And BEYONCÉ outsold Rihanna.

I'm not sure if some of you are struggling with reading comprehension but.... the OP states we are basing this on 08/09 first of all, second the question obviously is speaking objectively IF their three respective albums are out. Therefore the "Rih can't put out her albums" comments are corny and irrelevant.

It's embarrasing you don't know that 4 was re-released in 2013 by Beyoncé. She originally had a 12 track standard version, and a deluxe edition with a second disc.

Anyway, didn't BEYONCÉ fail to crack 4 million? Which Talk That Talk did? LOL. Not to mention, this decade, Loud alone outsold both of Bey's albums COMBINED. Rihanna is the stronger album seller now, and she's a far better single seller than Bey and Gags.

Beyonce would sell the most. Rihanna with hits and holiday sales still takes a year to scan platinum.
In her current state She would end up last.

Right that's why nearly a year later still no release date.

Gaga > Bey > Rih.

This is based on the current situations. Gaga has built up a lot of hype with C2C, her miscellaneous award show performances, and AHS. I think she may be able to re-peak in her next decade.

As for Bey, it's hard to tell what will happen with her. She's a huge cultural phenomenon, but the public could just drop her one day. She'll need to release a lead single (or drop the album randomly again) for us to be able to tell.

For Rih, the ANTI era needs a relaunch. I would even take the three current singles off the album since it's almost been a year since the lead. Release a new lead single next month and drop the album by June.
