The worst part is these would be incredible phones if they ran android/ iOS. Obviously iOS would never happen. Nokia sent me a lumia 920 to trial a few years ago and It's hardware was flawless, let down heavily by the software
In relation to this video and phone, Microsoft seem to have a habit of being on the verge of flawless products but always find a way to mess it up somehow.
He's right though, absolutely right.
