you can improve def. I could not sing as a 8 yo boy, and with classed I got really nice singing voice (my prof have said that) buT i hated the whole singing thing so I never really worked on my voice, and after puberty it went to the pits, I can't sing **** now... U can't expect mariah Carey songbird supreme type of voice, but something decent yes
Absolutely. Sure, having some sort of natural talent, pleasant tone and a good ear will come in handy, but it's not like all people who have these things exceptional singers and all people who don't are horrible. Technique, training and exercise are like 50% of what makes you a good vocalist.
I'm looking some vocal lessons and ****, but i'm too shy to be loud i have feeling like everyone will hear me and i'll embarras myself everyone was always complimenting me how i have nice talking voice, but i never actually dared to sing in front of anyone cause when i record myself on phone it sounds messy af
Yes. A friend of mine put it in her head that she needs to sing and she kept practising and developing for 5 years and Now she sings amazingly. Her tone is similar to Beyonce (only a little weaker). She went from legit sounding like Kim Kardashian "jam turn it up" to Beyonce "listen" in 5 years lol!

I think it's all about practice, to be honest. You should search a good vocal teacher and train a lot your voice skills until you find the properly note for you. Good luck

To an extent, yes. I think what makes a GREAT vocalist is a combination of nature, nurture and training/education. But I don't think you can take someone that doesn't already have a natural aptitude to sing well.
You can be trained to have breath control, decent technique, and the ability to stay on key, but you can't "learn" to be talented at it. That's something you're born with.

You can polish your singing but there's got to be a base there.

this I agree with. You can improve, but you need to have something there in the first place. Like I have no natural singing talent at all, and it doesn't matter how many lessons I take, I'm not going to ever become a good singer because I have nothing to work from.
