You're making it seem like it's the only thing Zayn has discussed since quitting. He has only (openly) spoken about it once, which was a month ago (Simon is just now responding).

Zayn left a group where none of his input was welcomed because it was considered astray from the bands image. He said he didn't enjoy his time and felt trapped. I'd love to see y'all in a situation of your dreams where everything you do gets shot down in favor for what your manager feels the public wants for 4 years and pretend to be happy about it. Y'all would back out one year in.

Yeah. It was a launching platform but that doesn't mean he needs to say the **** was golden.

Also, no writing creds? Duh. Why would he have writing credits on albums he wasn't allowed full involvement? Why do y'all think he's releasing an album this fast? He just popped lyrics out of nowhere?
