In some cases. Calling a white person vanilla or mayo or saying "That's so white" is not racist because stuff like that isn't oppression. Excluding someone from something because they are white or saying "Kill all white people" is white.

Like, if a white guy says "all blacks are dumb", that's racist.

This. I've seen black people be racist towards white people several times, and they think it's okay when they do it but not when it's the other way around.
I mean come on, you can be racist towards anyone. Racism isn't just for black people or minorities.
