When I was younger I was a bit fat because my mom used to be often sick and I was constantly eating because I was always thinking about her health and the other kids used to tease me because of my weight, I guess that was/still is my motivation to hit the gym and eat healthy.

BUT for those who need motivation, fitness gets really fun after a while, it's a stress reliever and i love having a great body. You look better + feel better, basically
