because Meghan Trainor made it cool to look fat
fat is not good and it's not okay! it looks gross and unhealthy + it shows you're just lazy

 nobody cares if the other person is healtlhy or not.
when someone who is fat loses weight they don't get ''wow you look so healthy now, glad you have a longer life now!'' compliments.
it's like people who refuse to drink alcohol at partys get also shamed, sort of.
although it's healthy not to drink alcohol and such a decision should be respected, but it's often not.
people just love to complain and to be assholes

And people are overweight for many different reasons. Most of the time it's psychological or health related. It's not always eating habits. |

I don't look down on it. And you can still be beautiful and fat. That being said, being fat often means being obese, which is extremely unhealthy. People really shouldn't condone obesity. This whole idea of "loving yourself, you're still beautiful, be who you are" being instilled upon being who are immensely overweight is only harming them. I know it's sad to hear this, because it sounds mean, but anything but this truth is just feeding into their issues. We should promote being healthy, not delusional.

healthy life is promoted but not everyone wants that and that is their right.
and they have that right without being insulted or teased.

There are so many stupid people here. Personally I thought about suicide every single day because I used to be fat, and that was the result of self loathing. Only because I KNEW society didn't accept me for being fat. People would bully me on the street, say nasty comments to me all the time. I then developed bulimia which I've had for 3 years now because people felt the need to tell me how fat I was???
Fat people ARE looked down upon.
Also why do people seem to think that fat people WANT TO be fat? I did not want to be fat? But my emotional suffering made me fatter and fatter because I just couldn't take it?
Also to the fat shamers, STOP talking about something you don't know anything about!!!! Ugh unless you've been fat yourself I think you should stfu tbh.
