This quote completely undermines that in my opinion, as here she's basically saying that (though her own example) bisexuality isn't a core part of somebody that can't be changed.
She should have just admitted that she was experimenting and that she confused a curiosity for her sexuality and was too quick to label herself. That would have saved her a lot of trouble in the long run. Instead she chose to slap bisexuals in the face twice by backtracking on her identity and then again by saying stuff like this.
Disgusting.
