The reason R9 hasn't been posted is R9 wasn't R9 until after results. It's was poor planning on my behalf and that's all there is to it. I switched a couple of things around and now R9 needs a little bit of pre-planning which
is currently underway and mostly complete so it won't be too much longer until the round is ready to go.
There will be sign-ups so checking the thread every now and then is a good idea, but I will definitely make some kind of countdown or announce a time when the challenge will be posted so you know when to perch if you are able to.
