Oh Lord the people who've only heard Art Angels will be underwhelmed by her other stuff, just a completely different style (even though I love Visions etc)
Her older stuff is very different to Art angels, mostly due to the fact that the mood is much more sinister and sad and most of the melodies are less instant and catchy than the ones on Art angels.
But her early work is still very much worth a listen, especially Visions. You may have to give it multiple listens but it's definitely great.Just very different to Art angels and a lot less pop-y.
You guys, I've been trying to find music even half as good as Art Angels on Spotify but there's literally NOTHING that even comes close. It set my standards too high for music and now it's all I can listen to.

Omg tell me about it! I was literally the same way when I first discovered Grimes. I was like "Omg I've listened to everything I need more!" and found nothing

I was SO hyped for Adele's album. So so so so hyped. I enjoyed 25 for a short while but then I realized Art Angels is just something truly special. I don't listen to 25 anymore, only Art Angels. It's just so perfectly unique but pop at the same time. It has so many layers too, each song is like a mystical journey to me. Honestly it's probably my favorite album ever

Listen to Susanne Sundfør's new album. I think it's as good as "Art Angels".

Try Aphex Twin, he renewed my perspective in music when I was fed up with the same usual stuff.
The way AA slayed ATRL I thought it was going to be a 100-post discussion among a handful of fans, but then everyone got interested and the acclaim just kept on coming It wasn't a lifechaning experience for me because I'm used to slayage (by her, too), but seeing the praise daily is wonderful.

I think I love AA so much that I'll also love the rest of her work when I listen.
"Artangels" and "Venus Fly" have been my **** this weekend. They kept me all pumped up all those 8 hours on the road while on the way to Electric Paradise and they still don't let up. Brilliant. I almost wished Skrillex or Major Lazer had dropped "Venus Fly" during their sets.
No one has taken over my life this much since iamamiwhoami. I had Visions and was okay with some of the songs, but then AA came in and I have had it constantly on repeat. I was so excited for Ellie and I haven't even heard the full album yet since I am STILL listening to Grimes. Now even all of Visions slays me.
