I think I could like Player just a tiny little bit, had it been released by a less talented, basic pop girl. I just expect more from Tinashe, Aquarius showed she can do much better.

I liked All Day and Energy, not crazy about them but they're definitely good. I love Annie but wasn't exactly blown away by Teenage Talk, even the self-titled bonus tracks were better imo. And Feel You is beautiful, there's one Julia song which I like even more though

Tove Styrke - Ego
Soooolllid pop. I love how her personality shines through in her songs, she does whatever she wants, and she does it WELL.

Shura - 2Shy
This is a very recent addition, but I just love how it bops. I get really cool retro vibes, yet it still feels very fresh and sleek. Its one of those songs that just sounds so pretty, that you have to admire it!

Ariana Grande - Focus
This one.. might be a bit controversial. At first I was put off by that odd chorus which seems to dismantle the very pretty aesthetic that surrounds this song in a weird way. But I actually grew to like it. The best part is the "1, 2, 3, come on girls!" bit. I think its an upgraded and more #focused version of Problem.

Priest - Staring At The Walls
EVERYONE should go listen to Priest's album. She does a similar '80s inspired synth thing with her album but I like the way hers is very low-key and melodic. Her voice is interesting, its kind of indie-esque but it actually makes sense with the music. The whole album is just one really smooth listen, and the melodies and production are really interesting. This single was one of my clear favourites, its so hypnotic, the perfect head-bop.

Jamie xx/Romy - Loud Places
Jamie's best songs seemed to be his collaborations with his The XX bandmates. I love the tension in this song, and the way it builds up until finally letting go. It's a *kewl* song I guess!

Wonder Girls - I Feel You
They NAILED the '80s aesthetic. This song is such a well-produced bop that is so reminiscent of '80s greatest hits, yet still maintains its own character which is really hard to do. I also enjoyed their album quite a bit!

SHINee - Odd Eye
It's kind of weird, but also very hypnotic. I think I needed time for it to grow on me, but I'm definitely glad it did! It feels very out of the box but still compliments everyone nicely.

BIGBANG - Bae Bae
I put this in the list very recently because I've been playing it a lot lately. Not exactly what I thought initially when I listened to their releases (with a title like Bae Bae I was expecting a trap anthem tbh). BUT I've warmed up to it a lot, and its just really fun and catchy. I like how it has a twisted, wonderland feel but is a bit more constrained.

I only just heard Ego for the first time and really liked it, a cute song. I might not be the biggest fan of Focus but it's not as bad as everyone says and kinda a step-up from Problem tbh.

Odd Eye had to take time to grow on me as well! Well, there was one very immediate song #later

And no, there is one more Wonder Girls song later as well. It's not a single, which makes the name of this countdown grossly inaccurate but oh well!

I like literally any other track on REBOOT better than IFY, sad they didn't do extra MVs for them.

focus has really great verses and an EXCELLENT prechorus. the chorus never bothered me either, but it didn't have much replay value for me
