It's not like she does nothing. But it'd more like songbuilding than songwriting from scratch with pen and paper. She has grander goals I guess.
And the first rule of efficiency. Never do something you can pay someone else to do better. It'd be wasted effort. Her strengths are in vocal production and performance.
