It depends on the branch of Christianity, but certainly would in some. If it was Catholic (probably the largest and most well known branch), then there's a good chance it might..... but it would also 100% violate the Church's teachings on the treatment of others and absolutely not be endorsed.
Also, whether or not you view another religion as being oppressive has nothing to do with the fact that Islam IS oppressive if the Quran is followed completely accurately.

No one is forced to wear anything. and no one is deemed promiscuous if they don't wear it. It's a personal choice because religion is personal and it is about your own connection to God.

If you follow the Quran to the letter, these women are supposed to be stoned to death.
When people criticize Islam, they're criticizing the Quran. Not Muslim people (who rarely follow everything in the Quran to the letter)

Indeed. Women being told that they're word only counts for, what, a fifth of a man's is definitely superior. As is the fact that they need multiple men to verify that, in fact, yes. They WERE raped by another man.
And even better, if a woman makes a rape accusation but fails to get enough male support, she herself is punished for being a sl** and openly admitting to having sexual relations (the man is, of course, not punished at all) Definitely an improvement
Obviously sarcasm. I have nothing against Muslim people. Many of them are incredibly kind, intelligent, and peaceful. But there are so many hateful teachings in the Quaran itself that truly bother me
