for For $4.495 Million.
Most 23 year olds are hoping to find enough roommates to make their rent affordable – and chances are, they are not living in the high-end part of town. However, if you were featured on the children's television series Barney & Friends as a kid, starred in a hit show on the Disney Channel in your teen years, have since starred in a handful of movies, and have become a pop music recording star, the last thing you need is a roommate to help make rent, right, Selena Gomez?
Why she has chosen to move out of this incredible home is a mystery, but perhaps it has something to do with the home intruders (one which went to prison on felony charges), and the 911 calls she has made as she fears for her safety. It would be hard to fault a person for not wanting a constant reminder of the fact you may be in danger.
One can only imagine what her next home will be like!
weren't there stories about her being an anxious mess last year over the intruders? they were probably true, poor Selena

He was sentenced to 30 days in a mental health facility in June (14) and ordered to stay 200 yards (182.9 metres) away from the pop star.

A man was arrested at Selena Gomez’s brand new house in Calabasas on Sunday.
According to TMZ, the singer-actress and a friend heard a strange noise when they arrived at the mansion last night, and Gomez asked for security to look into it.
At that point, an unidentified man allegedly rang the doorbell and asked if Gomez was home — the friend answered the door and told him to leave.
Shortly thereafter, sheriff’s deputies arrived at the property and found the intruder had broken into Gomez’s guest house.
He was arrested for burglary and trespassing, and is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
