The Tings Tings working with Jay-Z on their new album
The Ting Tings have been working with Jay-Z on new material after the pair signed to his Roc Nation label in the US.
The 'That's Not My Name' duo have spent the last six months writing songs for their forthcoming second album, due for release in spring 2010.
Insiders have now revealed that Jay-Z will be producing a number of tracks for the Manchester band.
"Jay is hoping to lend his production skills to some of the new material," a source told the Daily Star.

WTF. NOOOOO.
I'd rather hear a Ting Tings/Danja track or Max Martin (and that's bad enough). But, please, not Jay-Z.
Jay-Z needs to stay away from British acts. First Sugababes, now Ting Tings.
