Easily Darth Vader. Ignoring the prequels, obviously (where pretty much everyone not named Darth Maul was uninteresting at best and downright wretched at worst)
Aside from him, probably Luke and Yoda. And I do like Darth Maul too, just so underused (and his movie ). Don't pay attention to the EU, though when I eventually play KotOR I'll be adding some more runner ups. It's been awhile, though
George Lucas done them wrong. I was waiting for Aayla to slay a more and then she died just like that.
I had to do a double take when I saw her mentioned. I literally thought "The Hot Green Skinned Jedi Spacebabe who show up to die with no lines?" Then I realized EU was being counted
