R&B superstar Teyana Taylor says she had no idea she was in labor until she felt the child's head making it's way out of her around 6 AM.

Teyana says the Cleveland Cavs star was on the phone with the emergency operator who walked him through the process -- and he used a pair of red headphones to tie the umbilical cord (since they didn't have a medical grade clamp).
