Not some already celebrating. It's not even close to 21 sales yet.
25 sales, as massive as they are right now, are bound to slow down at some point. 20m is pretty much on lock, not sure about 7-8m more to catch up to 21. And 21 is still selling too.
I agree. 25m max unless she gets like 3 more smash hats. Or promo for the next year. But if she drops off the face of the earth again it probably won't outsell 21.
Then again she's blown every other doubt out of the water so it feels foolish to think this will be different.

The album title wasn't her age, it was her sales prediction
People said 21 was bound to slow down, too. The second single is still only gaining traction and it's a tremendous, monster of a song. She still will have at least two more singles and Water Under the Bridge will be big, too. If she releases All I Ask, she could outsell 21. I bet she will anyway.
