It's not just random rockbands, but random girl groups and singers with far less impact that have been inducted as well. It's definitely harder to get in to the RRHOF if you are female, but Janet's impact on young talent from Britney to Ciara, the fact that her music is sampled (I was just listening to Kendrick Lamar's "Poetic Justice," the other day), her multiple hits and #1 albums, touring grosses, the fact that she just scored another #1 album decades later into her career
