No. I eat like ****, rarely eat fruit or vegetables, don't really exercise besides my constant walks around campus/to my dorm, don't sleep enough, etc. I'm going to start running again though, I miss it.
Generally, I workout 3-4 times a week and eat fairly healthy. Should be tougher on my diet but there's a point when it starts to infringe upon my life & happiness. Abs aren't that important. Sucks tho, I need them.
I don't drink or smoke, but that's about it. I cba to exercise, I don't eat fruits or vegetables, I don't sleep as much as I should. The only thing I'm improving on is not drinking soda. Soda used to be my life
I don't sleep enough, I don't really go out of my way to exercise, I occasionally drink and smoke, and I have terrible eating habits. So yes of course my body is my temple
