In the USA yes, WW i doubt it, the sales outside of USA, Japan etc. have always been worse and the same way the percentage of decline is always bigger (I believe) so If it does, then Adele is officially the biggest female album seller of all time tbh.

I mean even if it doesn't outsell 21, it'll be very close. I think this will sell around 22-23 million WW by the end of next year tbh.
