To be fair in the UK they have been all over the place from 2013-2015. It's not just the 99 Souls one, there've been 10+ which have been hits the past few years, one which sampled Whitney Houston even went #1 and another that sampled Toni Braxton went #1 too. There's another one which sampled R. Kelly, another which sampled Montell Jordan, and so on.
Personally I like those songs though, and they always help boost the popularity of the original slightly too.
