The original is so great and one of my all-time fave movies, but I'm tired of all these damn reboots. How many origin movies do we need?

I guess at least they got their **** together, unlike the guys over at Halloween who've been working and delaying H3 for like 6 years.

H3 was cancelled. There making a sequel to the original Halloween 2 with Jamie Lee Curtis

Not true. Technically, the 2nd and 3rd films and Texas Chainsaw 3D are sequels to the first. The only reboots have been the abysmal The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation from the '90s and the 2003 remake (which is the ****). The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning is a prequel to the remake and they are both in their own little world. The latest film is still in the original canon and takes place before the first film.
