It's just his voice. He comes across this way for entertainment value and it obviously works.

His videos are always the best

He sounds that "mad" in ALL of his videos not just the ones about celebrities. It's just how his voice is, plus he exaggerates his naturally surly tone for comedic effect.

Some of those definitely deserve to be on this list.
